Our shipping policy

What is our process?

Shipments are generated in 1 to 2 business days, we work with parcel companies such as FedEx Express and Estafeta. The tracking number and any movement notification of your package arrives directly to your email, if you cannot find it, check "spam" or "unwanted".

The arrival of your package, depending on the area, takes 2 to 5 business days on average.

Returns and refunds

Everything you need to know

We do not make returns, your product is always checked before shipping and packaging. We understand that there may be rough treatment of your package by the parcel service, which is why we handle changes in case your bag arrives to you broken, stained, or, if applicable, without being able to put it to use. The exchange is for the same item or, if applicable, of the same value, and the shipping cost is on us.

All your purchases carry anti-fraud and anti-theft insurance from our ally Mercado Pago plus insurance in case of theft or loss of the parcel used.

Privacy Policy

Your data is safe

Your data is automatically encrypted and protected, no banking information or in this case the payment method used is saved. Any information is automatically deleted from the system

regarding the payment used.
