Our shipping policy
What is our process?
Shipments are generated in 1 to 2 business days, we work with parcel companies such as FedEx Express and Estafeta. The tracking number and any movement notification of your package arrives directly to your email, if you cannot find it, check "spam" or "unwanted".

The arrival of your package, depending on the area, takes 2 to 5 business days on average.
Returns and refunds

We do not make returns, your product is always checked before shipping and packaging. We understand that there may be rough treatment of your package by the parcel service, which is why we handle changes in case your bag arrives to you broken, stained, or, if applicable, without being able to put it to use.
